The University of Diyala signs a contract with Netcom Systems

On Wednesday, 24 January 2024, the University of Diyala signed a contract with Netcom Systems to provide IELTS testing services inside the University of Diyala.

Professor Tahseen Hussein Mubarak, the president of the University of Diyala, praised Netcom Systems’ services. He said that this agreement ensures the honesty and smoothness of the International English Language Test (IELTS) for students who want to apply for postgraduate studies inside Iraq.

Dr. Ibrahim Ali Al-Hassan, the Country Manager of Netcom Systems, stated that the company will provide the best services for the University of Diyala. He also said that a selected team will receive training on the registration process and payment methods for the test.

Associate Professor Yasser Amer Abbas, the director of the Electronic Computer Center, indicated that signing this contract is based on the guidance of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the keenness of the University of Diyala to have an IELTS test inside the University, which becomes one of the requirements to apply for postgraduate studies in the specialization of Medicine, Engineering, and Science.
