A Research Team from the Faculty of Engineering Publishes a Paper in a Canadian Journal.
A research team from the Faculty of Engineering composed of Dr. Ali Awda Mohammed, Mr. Nabil Mohamed Saleh, and Ms. Nada Kadhim published a paper entitled: (The Analysis of pandemic effects on design thinking for Architects) in the Canadian World Journal (Engineering Design). The aim of the study is to discuss the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the current health situation and how this situation has been reflected in the way architects think. The research included an illustration of architectural design thinking in all projects in general. Design thinking and innovative human-centered solutions are more important than ever in designing projects in the health care sector. The analytical findings of the three projects examined showed that the progress rate of project delivery was a vital and important criterion.
