The University Vice President for Scientific Affairs Chairs a Ph.D. Discussion Session at Tikrit University

The university vice president for Scientific Affairs Dr. Amer Mohamed Ibrahim, chaired A Ph.D. Discussion Session at the Department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering/ University of Tikrit entitled (Experimental investigation on shear behavior of recycled lightweight concrete beams strengthened with near-surface mounted Gfrp bars).

The study which was presented by Hussein Mohammad Issa aimed to investigate the disposition of shear in concrete beams armed with polymeric fiber rods using near-surface rods technology. The researcher was given Ph.D. certification for his dissertation and defense session.
