The Faculty of Education for Pure Science Discusses the Genetic and Molecular Immunology of Cell Amplifiers
The Faculty of Education for Pure Science has discussed the Ph.D. dissertation (Genetic and Molecular Immunology Study of Cell Amplifiers of kidney failure Patients). The study which was presented by Ibtihal Hamid Mohsen, included several steps, first: diagnosing the human cell amplifier virus (HCMV), second: detecting the human cell amplifier virus (HCMV) through the real-time chain polymerization reaction, and finally: detecting the multiple forms of single nucleotides.
The results showed a high prevalence rate (100%) of IgG antigen serums, positive for human cells, detection of DNA for human cell amplified virus HCMV in 6 out of 45 kidney failure patients using sensitive molecular technology.
