The Faculty of Islamic Sciences Holds a webinar on the Principle of Judicial Conviction and the Inadmissibility of a Judge’s Ruling on His Personal Knowledge
The Department of Quran Science and Islamic Education at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences held a webinar entitled "The principle of judicial conviction and the inadmissibility of the judge's personal knowledge" which was conducted by lecturer Ahmed Hussein Salman.
The purpose of the webinar is to emphasize that a judge may not assign his or her judgment to his or her own personal information and inquiries, which have not been substantiated or denied by the parties to the dispute. The judge ruled based on his or her personal knowledge of the facts. The lecture also showed that an impartial and independent judiciary is one of the most protective guarantees of human rights and freedoms and that an impartial, impartial and independent judiciary is one of the most important pillars of the security and stability of societies.
