The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Holds a Lecture Which Deals With Training and Exercise Requirements for Football and Handball Players.
The Division of Continuing Education at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Sciences held a specific lecture entitled "Training and Training Requirements for Football and Handball Players" by Dr. Ali Khalifa, Dr. Murwa Khalid, lecturer Maha Wadud, and Lecturer Ahmed Arabi. The lecture aimed at introducing the concept of the relationship between pregnancy, severity, duration, the ability to read a match and to develop appropriate match-setting exercises, as well as to explain what players should do in a simplified manner and take account of individual differences in players. The lecture addressed several areas, including the identification of the physical, psychological and mental requirements of playing footballers and hand players, the emphasis on taking account of these requirements and changing their training methods in proportion to these changes.
