Two of Diyala University Teaching Staff participated at The Third International Scientific Conference of AL-Kafeel University
Lecturer Ahmed Adnan Mohamed and lecturer Ehsan Ali Hassan took a part at the Third International Scientific Conference of Al-kafeel University by presenting their paper entitled (Evaluation of E-Health Records System: Case Study Al-batool Teaching Hospital in Iraq) the paper aimed at finding out the needed requirements needed to implement an electronic health record system at Albatool Teaching Hospital. The paper results reveled that the suggested electronic system could be applied at the hospitals external clinic successfully. And that the hospitals staff lack of training is one of the most prominent obstacles, in addition to the employee’s reluctance to electronic system and preferring the paper work. The research recommendation was to train the hospital staff on using technology, and providing additional rewards to encourage the employees accepting the new system, as well as establishing a committee which monitors the progress of the system and discuss any potential obstacles to its adoption.
