A Master Thesis at The College of Education for Pure Sciences Discusses The Evaluation of Antioxidant and The Phenolic Content Efficacy
The College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Diyala discussed the master thesis entitled (The efficacy of Antioxidant and phenolic content of the extracts of some parts of the orange plant)
The study which was presented by: Iman Mohsen Kazem aimed at evaluating the antioxidant efficacy of extracts of some parts of the orange plant, which included: the leaves, the flowers, and the fruit peel. The results of the study outlined that different parts of the orange plant vary in their content of effective components of Phenols, alkaloids, carotenoids, tannins, Sabonat and vitamins dissolved in water.
